BOOST Global Competence for Advancing

Each one of the four levels of the BOOST coaching model encompasses a descriptor and a glossary of
five competencies to be addressed.

Following it is presented a detailed description of each level, with a description of the aim (what is
expected to achieve at the end of the level) and the list of specific competencies (i.e., the group of
competencies that will be approached in each level).
